Elijah Cedar 7 months

It's embarasing how late this is. In my defence the photos have been sitting on our camera since just after he turned 7 months, but our laptop drives are full and the handy dandy external data thinger and the computers aren't talking. Did that make sense? Either way, there's no room to load more photos on the laptops for now.

I did want to do an update on the little fellow, though, and hopefully add some photos later on. I'm going to try to just mention things that happened in his 7th month, and save the rest for his 8 month update.

While it has been a tough go around here, I'm so thankful for my little man. He brings me joy every single day, even the very fussy ones.

This month
-Elijah got his first sliver :( He was hooked up in his jolly jumper in the backyard while Daddy was working, but I think Daddy forgot to put shoes on his little feet.
-Elijah (finally) got his room all to himself, at least most of the time. Mommy or Daddy would usually spend part of the night in his room with him.
-Went to his first sporting event (The Snow to Surf, Daniel did the road bike leg this year).
-Elijah is now strong enough to stand with support! He can't pull himself up yet, but he can hold himself pretty well :)
-He is also pretty competent at sitting up now. Still some face plants, but nothing major.
-Elijah went to his cousin Davie's first birthday!
-Elijah first really bad illness (other than reflux) started this month, with terrible coughing and wheezing. Antibiotics and two different types of puffers were prescribed.
-Elijah still loves baths, his jolly jumper, his Malupa, and his daddy!
-Elijahs hair is getting blonder and blonder every day!
-Elijah is on the move more and more now, and has the "skooch" down pat.
